Our team built a WIG (Wildly Important Goal) of releasing 300 personal ministry websites by the end of July. We used a method of setting goals while continuing to work on the day-to-day routine by following The Four Disciplines of Execution by McChesney and Covey.
It was extremely helpful to separate the “where do we want to go” from the day-to-day.
Now, using the same methods, we are drafting another goal for the next 7 months. We hope to have the WIG finalized by Labor Day. We want it to relate to building leaders with technical skills in all of the CCCI areas of the world. Please pray for us.
