Operations is like the movie where the spy is preparing to go on a mission, and the screen pans quickly through the small army of busy people giving him instructions and tools. In addition to his stunning tuxedo and white teeth, the spy is effective because of the support and tools that he gets from this group–his operations team.

To help equip the technology leaders in operations, we host an annual Global Technology Leaders (GTL) conference. (www.gtlconference.com) It will be held in Pretoria, South Africa March 5-11, 2015.
Some past results of this particular conference have been:
— Statistics and financial systems were built and used around the world partly because of trust built between the technology people from different countries who worked together at this conference.
— Stefan Dell my director from South Africa and Sam Varghese the operations director in South Asia received leadership training here before they took on their current responsibilities.
