One big reason our missionaries leave the field is they are not getting the care they need. Our Global HR (Human Resources) team offers a website with tools that can help pinpoint the strengths and weaknesses of an individual or a team. It is called the “Global 360” and is designed to be used on a local team level.
But what about missionaries who do not read English well? Up until recently language has been a limitation. I am helping coordinate translation of Global 360 into 6 other languages (Spanish, Korean, Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian). With more languages, it will help more HR teams around the world give our staff the care that they need. Spanish was released this week. Please pray that this project will be a big help for our missionaries on the field.
