Campus Crusade for Christ International (CCCI) has restructured the global leadership in order to be more effective in ministry. The number of Global Vice Presidents (VPs) and “Area Leaders” has been reduced. In fact, the Area Leader position, who served between the Vice President and the Country leader, has been eliminated. The intent is to empower the country leader and give the country leader closer access to the global leader.
Dela Adadevoh, the VP of Global Leadership, explains in more detail why we did this in his video. Link here. It is 11:26 minutes.
On October 1, CCCI started operating with 7 Regional VPs (down from 13), 5 Strategy VPs and 2 Capacity VPs. You can see the names and photos of the leaders on Cru’s webpage, cru.org/our-leadership . Many people with leadership experience are finding new roles. Please pray for a smooth transition over the next several months.
