In November 2021 I joined a new team called “Leading With Information Center for Excellence” (usually shortened to just “LWI”). It is part of Global Operations & Fund Capacity, so I report to the same global vice-president, and still work some with my old team.
Our purpose is to work with ministry leaders in other countries to enter data and analyze it to see how close they are to reaching their ministry goals.
The LWI team is spread out across 4 countries so we have not all been able to meet in person until this month. The 9 of us came to a retreat in St. Simons Island, GA for a combination of work and activities to get to know each other better. I’m the one in the middle with the light blue shirt.
