Leading With Information (LWI) provides advanced training and coaching to help National Leaders to advance their ministries through entering ministry data and studying the results. We call them “Deep Dives.” The first Deep Dive was in the Latin America & Caribbean region in 2018. The second one started in the Africa Region in late 2022.
This month my team started Deep Dive Training in the third region: South East and South Asia (SESA). Shown in green, this region contains over 2.2 billion people and many unreached people groups. Up until two years ago, this region operated as two separate areas. The SESA countries that are farther ahead in using LWI principles of entering and analyzing ministry data are helping other countries that are just learning to do it.
Bayang, John W, and John G on my team are at the SESA National Conference in Bangkok, Thailand helping to train “champions” who will train others in LWI. They sent this picture of ministry leaders from India and Thailand explaining their strategic plan to each other.
